We know how important a relaxing holiday or short break is for our guests so we make every effort to provide all those little things that make a difference. We own and manage just two cottages so we can take a very individual approach to making sure that you have the best possible break.

We understand that holiday cottage fixed changeover days may not suit everyone so we are totally flexible.
What’s included
We cannot promise the weather but we can promise a great ‘home from home’ experience.
All linen, towels, dishcloths, kitchen towels, cutlery and glassware are provided as well as dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Tea, coffee, milk & sugar are provided as are logs for the wood burner. Bring your clothes and food supplies and you’re all set.
Late cancellation
We do not have free late cancellation. This is our livelihood, not a hobby. The chances of getting a late booking decreases substantially the closer you get to arrival day which we simply cannot afford to absorb. For that reason we recommend that you take out holiday insurance. If you do need to cancel at the last minute we will do our utmost to refill the cottage and get you at least some of your money back.
Fees and payments
We don’t use agencies at all, ever. There are no extra fees, use of electricity, cleaning fees, admin fees or Internet use charges. We can accept debit or credit card payments online or over the telephone.
We use Stripe to process all card payments to give you peace of mind and we never store or retain card details. We also accept direct bank transfer or Paypal. Please request these if you would prefer not to pay by debit or credit card.
